Pishon Dry Lake is the sixth and final main biome in Rogue Legacy 2.
Gold Bonus[]
The player receives an additional +20% Gold Bonus while in Pishon Dry Lake. This is explained in-game by reading a sign in the first room of the biome, before dropping down the chasm.
Heirlooms[]
Theia's Sun Lantern is found in Pishon Dry Lake.
Defeat Estuary Irad in The Sun Tower and speak with the Nameless Knight in the first room to obtain it.

Unique Chambers[]
Ladon's Cavern[]
This room is typically found east of the entrance to Pishon Dry Lake, although in rare cases it can spawn to the west. Ladon the Dragon is located here, a friendly NPC who offers to reveal Estuary Tubal's location if you free him from his shackles. After finishing his dialogue, you are given the Insight "Breaking the Chains", tasking you with unlocking the Pearl and Onyx Gates located in the biome. Once you break both of his shackles, he will open his mouth, allowing you to enter his stomach and fight Estuary Tubal.
Pearl & Onyx Gates[]
These rooms contain two gated portals leading to mini-boss fights against Void Beasts. Successfully completing both fights will break both of Ladon's shackles. The Pearl Gate is always found in a vertical room with lots of destructible props, whereas the Onyx Gate is always in a horizontal room with only a few props. To unlock the portals, you must find the Pearl Key and the Onyx Key.
Pearl & Onyx Keys[]
The Pearl and Onyx keys are located in separate rooms. The Pearl Key is always located in a vertical room, where you must Spin Kick off saw blades in a vertical enclosure to reach the top. The Onyx Key is always located in a large square room, inside a building filled with 4 random enemies intrinsic to the biome. It's often helpful to try and pick off one or two of these enemies before entering the building, as depending on the enemy type, more than one can converge on you right as you enter and box you in. Each Key costs 45 base Resolve to obtain, so it's recommended to either have enough Resolve to maintain 100% Resolve while carrying one or both, or to already have a clear path to the Gates before picking them up. Using the Keys returns the Resolve you spent to obtain them, and permanently unlocks the Gates for the rest of the Thread.
Nibiru Deep Mines Entrance[]
Near the bottom of the biome there is a small room with a sign, tuning fork and a teleporter. The most unique facet of the chamber is that the bottom parts of it are flooded with Stygian water, which like the water in Axis Mundi will cause the player to take some damage and be teleported to the last solid ground they stood on. The stone sign found in the chamber is a notice of the indefinite sealing off of the Nibiru Deep Mines and also a memorial to Estuary Mehujael. The sign reads:
"NO TRESPASSING. By order of Estuary Irad, Nibiru Deep has been sealed off indefinitely.
(Scratched into the bottom of the placard lies another message.) 'In memory of Estuary Mehujael and his family. To the very best captain, and his stalwart crew. Today, justice was served, and vengeance was earned.' "
