The Kin Set is the eleventh armor set. This set focuses on raw stats, having higher base stats across the board than most armor sets, with the exception of Intelligence. It also offers arguably the strongest Unity Bonus in the game - Ancestral Soul, a one-time revive to 50% HP. This alone makes the set incredibly powerful, but when combined with its high stats and ability to adapt to any build by using select pieces, the set truly earns its place at the top.

Notably, the Kin Cape is the only cape in the game to increase Vitality as well as Dexterity, making it an excellent general use piece for weapon damage builds. The Kin Helm provides the highest increase to Vitality of any piece as well. It is also the heaviest helm in the game.

Second only to the White Wood Set and Black Root Set, the Kin Set has some of the highest Equipment Weight and upgrade costs, requiring a large amount of equipment weight to even wear the full set.

Base Kin pieces only drop in NG+2 or higher.
